Rosa Eubank

Rosa Eubank has extensive experience in customer service and public relations, starting from a tenure at Safeway from 1979 to 1999 where Rosa held positions as a Teller and Supervisor. Following this, Rosa worked as a Sales Representative at Gourmet Awards International from April 2000 to March 2001. Since March 2001, Rosa has been with Rappahannock Electric Cooperative, serving in roles as a Field Engineering Representative and in Public Relations and Market Development as an Administrative Assistant.
