Managing Director, Digital at Rational 360

Lindsey Kolb is the Vice President of Digital Strategy at Rational 360 where she leads digital strategy and implementation for national public affairs clients, large advocacy organizations, and issue campaigns.

Lindsey previously served as a White House political appointee where she served as Digital Director at the U.S. Department of Education (DoED) and to Education Secretary Betsy DeVos. At DoED, she traveled extensively with Secretary DeVos across the U.S., leading the digital department’s efforts of creating engaging content that focused on sharing education stories. She led online promotion campaigns amplifying Administration programs that focused on advancing school safety, school choice, STEM, HBCUs, and Second Chance Pell. In addition, Lindsey led partnerships between DoED with The White House, NASA, USDA, National Parks Service, the National Smithsonian Zoo, the National Science Foundation, and more. Under her leadership, the digital team produced 100+ videos, seen by millions, and launched a new national email marketing campaign, growing engagement 200%.

Lindsey has deep experience running comprehensive omnichannel digital campaigns at the highest levels of Republican politics including top-tier campaigns for U.S. President, U.S. Senate, U.S. Congress, Governor, and more. She also has worked with the Republican National Committee, the National Republican Congressional Committee, College Republican National Committee, Senate Leadership Fund, Congressional Leadership Fund, American Action Network, Winning for Women, National Rifle Association, the Heritage Foundation, State Policy Network, the American Legislative Exchange Council, and many more.

Previously she has brought her campaign-oriented mindset to run enterprise public affairs campaigns efforts across the United States at beltway firms FP1 Strategies and DDC Public Affairs. Working with Fortune 100 and 500 companies regularly as well as national trade associations, Lindsey has run successful advocacy campaigns across the energy, healthcare, education, telecommunications, non-profit, transportation, consumer products, education, sports, and technology sectors.

Lindsey is a proud graduate of Missouri State University where she holds a degree in Socio-Political Communication and a certificate in Press Politics.
