Natasha Daniels is currently an MPS in Culinary Arts Intern at Thomas Keller Restaurant Group, with extensive culinary experience primarily at RATIONAL AG since November 2018, where Natasha serves as Corporate Chef for the iVario West region and previously as Corporate Chef Administrator. Responsibilities include regional culinary support, customer training, and managing culinary training programs for a large network of chefs and employees. Natasha co-founded OURgrain, focusing on sustainable flour production, and has held various roles including Event Specialist at Culinary Vegetable Institute and Demonstration Chef for the American Diabetes Association. Educational qualifications include a Master’s of Professional Studies in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America and a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Science/Culinology from Johnson & Wales University. Natasha has received multiple awards for contributions to culinary training and product innovation, highlighting significant achievements within the food industry.
