Alicia Puputti

Alicia Puputti has over seven years of experience in the hospitality marketing industry. Alicia is currently the Director of Corporate Marketing at RAVentures, a position they have held since July 2021. In this role, Alicia leads the corporate marketing team and directs digital marketing, advertising, guest experience, loyalty, PR and SEO initiatives for all brands within RAVentures Hospitality Group.

Previously, Alicia was the Director of Marketing at 110 Grill, where they managed marketing efforts for one of the fastest growing restaurant groups in New England. During their time at 110 Grill, Alicia led a team of three individuals and oversaw all content creation including social media, PR materials, website, menu design, email marketing, promotional graphics for restaurants and advertising. Alicia also coordinated marketing efforts for openings of all new locations including pre-open signage, hiring and recruitment marketing, ribbon cuttings, opening events and more.

Alicia has a proven track record in developing successful marketing campaigns and initiatives that have helped grow sales and build brand awareness. Alicia is a strategic thinker with a creative mind and an eye for detail. Alicia is a strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Alicia Puputti has a BS from Boston University in Communication. Alicia also has a high school diploma from Leominster High School where they took AP and Honors classes. Alicia is certified as a Financial Education Instructor from the National Financial Educators Council and as a Digital Marketing Strategist from Kellogg Executive Education. Alicia is also certified in Social Media Marketing and Inbound Marketing from HubSpot Academy.
