Vishal Mariya

Vishal Mariya is the CHRO of Raychem RPG since July 2020.

Vishal joins from CEAT Limited where he was heading HR for Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Project functions. Before joining Raychem RPG, Vishal has also worked with Godrej Industries for more than ten years in Agri, Retail, FMCG, and Real Estate divisions. He joined as a Manager and advanced through his career to become the Senior General Manager at Godrej.

Driven by the fundamental belief that passionate people are the primary drivers of business results, Vishal is a seasoned HR professional who likes to work towards maximizing individual potential and thereby creating a collective potential for the organization to deliver distinctive and significant impact.

Drawing over 13 plus years of multi-faceted experience in Human Resource Function, Vishal has held various global and regional leadership roles across Agri, Retail, FMCG, Real Estate and Tyre industries with exposure to multiple countries in EMEA and APAC; particularly in areas of Business Partnering, Organizational Change, Transformation Management, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition and building Leadership capabilities.
