Anthony F. O’Brien

Anthony F. “Toby” O’Brien is chief financial officer of Raytheon Technologies. His responsibilities include financial reporting and controls, planning and analysis, investor relations, tax and treasury. O’Brien held numerous financial leadership positions at Raytheon Company prior to its merger with United Technologies Corporation in 2020. Most recently he served as the company’s chief financial officer and vice president of finance. Prior to that, he was vice president and chief financial officer of Raytheon’s Integrated Defense Systems business. He held various other key finance positions within Raytheon Company, including vice president and chief financial officer of Raytheon Aircraft and vice president and chief financial officer of Raytheon Aircraft Integration. O’Brien holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Boston College.
