Amritangshu Banerjee

Amritangshu Banerjee is an experienced professional in AI, machine learning, and data science with significant leadership roles in various financial institutions. As the Manager of AI & ML Engineering at Reckitt since November 2021, Amritangshu leads the Platform Architecture team and has developed advanced platforms like GenAI and LLM. Prior to Reckitt, Amritangshu established the Data Science work-stream at Dubai Islamic Bank and served as a Data Science Manager, focusing on real-time personalized offers and AI capabilities. Additional experience includes roles at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Emirates NBD, Tata Consultancy Services, EY, and HSBC, where Amritangshu contributed to fraud detection, risk analytics, and customer insights. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Economics from the Madras School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Banaras Hindu University.
