Arjun Purkayastha

Arjun Purkayastha serves as the SVP & Managing Director for Greater China at Reckitt since February 2012, previously holding roles including Senior Vice President for eCommerce, Digital & Ventures, where significant growth was achieved in a multi-billion dollar division. Arjun has led various initiatives across the organization, notably during the COVID pandemic, to enhance digital consumer engagement. Prior experience includes leadership positions in global eCommerce strategy and marketing for high-profile brands within Reckitt. In addition to corporate roles, Arjun is actively involved in advisory capacities for multiple organizations, including Bombay Shaving Company and Wholsum Foods, and is a co-founder of Access VC, focused on B Corp investments. Arjun's educational background includes an MBA from SPJIMR and various executive programs from prestigious institutions, including Harvard Business School and INSEAD.
