Fabrizia Rodriguez MBA/CFO has extensive experience in finance leadership across multiple sectors, currently serving as Finance Director CFO for the UK & Ireland Health division at Reckitt since June 2017. In this role, Fabrizia has successfully navigated the challenges of the pandemic, led the divestiture of the Greater China business, and developed a new operating model while partnering with senior leadership to enhance the supply chain. Previous positions include various Regional Finance Director roles at Reckitt, covering markets in Latin America, where Fabrizia managed finance strategies, accounting functions, and ensured profitable growth. Earlier experience includes significant financial roles at Mead Johnson Nutrition and Bristol-Myers Squibb, focusing on financial planning, internal controls, and global standardization of processes. Fabrizia holds an MBA from the Université du Québec à Montréal and a BS in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, and is currently enrolled in a Board program at IMD.
