Tom Fraser

Tom Fraser is an experienced professional in application support with a strong background in the financial industry. Currently serving as the AD - EMEA Regional Head FX Production Support at RBC Capital Markets since March 2018, Tom is a key member of the Global FX Support Team, handling various applications such as pricing, auto-hedging, and booking. Previous roles include Application Support Analyst positions at the London Metal Exchange and FDM Group, where Tom supported eCommerce applications and gained extensive training in UNIX, SQL, and ITIL principles. Additional experience includes supporting commercial banking technology at Lloyds Banking Group and providing 2nd line support for British Airways’ service integration platforms. Tom holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from the University of Greenwich.
