Anish Kanchan has over 20 years of experience in project management and quality improvement across various sectors. Since July 2012, Anish has served as the Head of Strategic Projects, Excellence, and Reengineering at RBL Bank, focusing on project governance, change management, and service excellence. Prior to this, Anish held the position of AVP - Corporate Quality & Process Improvements at YES BANK LTD from November 2008 to June 2012, where responsibilities included establishing quality methodologies to enhance business metrics. Anish began the career at Intelenet Global Services, working in operations and quality from March 2003 to October 2008. Anish holds an MBA in Marketing from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and has additional degrees in commerce and project management from various reputable institutions.
