Ravi Pichan

Ravi Pichan currently serves as the Head of Digital and Chief Information Officer at RBL Bank since November 2022. Prior to this role, Ravi held the position of Chief Technology Officer at HDFC Life from September 2021 to November 2022, and worked as Vice President at LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech, leading the Global Insurance Vertical and managing the Pune Centre from June 2018 to September 2021. Ravi's tenure at Capgemini from June 2012 to June 2018 as Vice President focused on global delivery for financial services across Australia and New Zealand. Additional experience includes a Vice President role at Barclays, where technology partnerships for Africa Retail and Business Banking were developed, and leading global delivery for a large Wall Street firm at Kanbay. Early career stages featured a Senior Tech Manager position at Bank of America and various roles in design and architecture for banking and capital markets clients from 1994 to 2001. Ravi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai.
