Ian Paix

Ian Paix, Operations Manager at RBY Projects, has a long and varied work history in aviation. Ian began their career in 2004 as an Engineering Manager at Macair Airlines. Ian then spent four years as a Manager for Spotless, followed by two years as a Manager for Eptec Group. In 2013, they began working as a Quality and Safety Manager for West Wing Aviation Pty Ltd. Ian held this position for two years before moving to Nautilus Aviation in 2016, where they served as the Quality and Safety Manager for two years. In 2018, they began working for their current employer, RBY Projects.

Ian Paix has a Master of Business Administration from La Trobe University, a Graduate Diploma in Management from Deakin University, and a Graduate Certificate in Management from Deakin University.
