Matthew Baddeley

Matthew joined RDI in December 2016 and is responsible for the UK Retail portfolio. Prior to joining RDI, Matthew was at The Crown Estate, where he spent the past two years as a retail-focused asset manager, directly responsible for the management of £600 million of retail warehousing, food store and shopping centre assets within the business’ wider £2.5 billion regional portfolio. Prior to this, Matthew spent over seven years with Savills UK, most recently as an Associate on the Retail team where he specialised in advising clients on Out of Town Retail investments. A Chartered Surveyor, Matthew holds a MA in Commercial Property from the University of Sheffield.
