Amy Gardner

Amy Gardner, Director of Payroll and Benefits, joined the RDI staff in 1988. Gardner has extensive management experience in payroll administration, customer service, operations, and recruitment. Gardner brings tremendous knowledge of payroll, benefit and risk management, compliance and human resource solutions. As a direct result of her dedication and commitment to accuracy, her payroll department consistently maintains a less than 1% error margin.
