Matt Stephey has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Matt'smost recent position was as the VP of Engineering at ReportAll USA, starting in June 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Director of Engineering at Beam Benefits from October 2022 to June 2023, and as the Director of Engineering, Platform from August 2019 to October 2022. In 2019, they also worked as a UI Team Lead (Consultant) at Ascena Retail Group, Inc. for a few months. 

Before these roles, Matt held the position of Director of Application Development at Exceptional Innovation, Inc. from December 2015 to February 2019. Matt also worked as a Lead Developer at HealthSpot in September to December 2015. Matt Stephey attended the University of Dayton from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems.
