Rajpal Gusain

Rajpal Gusain has been working in the technology sector since 2004. Rajpal started their career as a Summer Intern at IBM IRL in 2004. In 2005, they joined Tejas Networks as an R&D Engineer, where they worked on software development for a new product and provided R&D software support for existing products. In 2006, they joined Mentor Graphics as a Member of Consulting Staff, and was later promoted to Lead Member Technical Staff, Senior Member Technical Staff, and Member Technical Staff. During their time at Mentor Graphics, they designed and developed a solution for preserving text format of user design when any DFT related modifications were done. In 2015, they joined Real Intent as a Staff R&D Engineer.

Rajpal Gusain completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi between 2001 and 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Intermediate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from Sarvodaya Bal Vidyalaya between 1994 and 2000.
