Kirsten Mann is the current Vice President of Sales at RealSelf. Kirsten has extensive experience in product development, having worked in the field for over 25 years. Kirsten has held various positions at different companies, including Global VP Product Experience, Construction & Engineering Global Business Unit at Oracle, SVP Product Strategy & User Experience at Aconex, and VP, Sales at RealSelf. Throughout their career, Kirsten has been a passionate customer advocate and has championed organisational understanding of the value of Product Management, User Experience and Design Thinking practices. Her focus is on increasing client value and driving company growth.

Kirsten Mann is an Australian educational executive and business leader. Kirsten has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) / Bachelor of Computing (Information Systems) from Monash University, a Masters of Leadership (Organisational Design) from Monash University, and an Advanced Leadership Program from Women & Leadership Australia. Kirsten is also a member of the Melbourne On Board Forum at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
