Kristi Jarvis

Kristi Jarvis is a seasoned real estate professional, currently serving as the Co-Founder of The Jarvis Group at Realty Austin Compass RE since June 2023. Previously, Kristi held the position of Executive Assistant to the Chief Operations Officer at Realty Austin from September 2013 to May 2023, where responsibilities included leading change management initiatives and overseeing project management for significant company events. Additionally, Kristi served as an Agent Success Coordinator, enhancing new agent productivity through targeted coaching and training, and worked as a REALTOR®, providing comprehensive services in real estate transactions. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Language Arts, Dance, and QUEST Teacher at Leander ISD from December 2007 to June 2014, where Kristi managed a diverse array of responsibilities within the educational environment. Kristi holds a Bachelor of Education in Secondary Education and Teaching from Texas A&M University, earned in December 2007.
