Brian Nudd

Brian Nudd is the current Vice President of Asset Management at Realty Income. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Investment Officer of Gemini Hotel Group from January 2020 to December 2021. Brian has also held positions as Director of Finance at BioMed Realty and Research Associate in the Hotel Sector at Green Street Advisors. Brian has also served as Manager of Corporate Transactions at Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc. and Senior Operations Analyst in the Operational Finance Department at HEI Hotels & Resorts.

Brian Nudd has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. Brian specializes in value-based, long-term real estate investing and asset management. Brian has a proven track record of success in all points of the real estate cycle.

Brian Nudd pursued a Master of Business Administration at The Wharton School after completing a Bachelor's degree at Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration.

Brian Nudd reports to Sumit Roy, President & Chief Executive Officer. They work with Eduardo Noguera - Managing Director, Head of Europe, Ann Zhang - VP, Assistant Controller, Property Accounting, and Janeen S. Drakulich - SVP, Head of Asset Management.
