Mithma Nanayakkara is a skilled retail supervisor and business analyst with a strong background in HR and digital transformation. Currently serving as Store Supervisor at Rebel Sport since September 2022, Mithma has consistently exceeded sales targets and delivered exceptional customer service. Prior experience includes roles at Aitken Spence Elevators, where responsibilities encompassed managing project lifecycles for a Google cloud document management system and developing data-driven HR strategies that significantly improved employee engagement and operational efficiency.
