Rebuilt is looking for a dynamic remote inside sales agent to join our growing team. Ideally, you thrive in a fast paced environment, are highly competitive and results driven. You will pitch Rebuilt's various service offerings to potential customers through virtual and phone consultations with the goal of signing up new customers. In addition, you will also build and manage a pipeline of prospective customers until they are ready to sign up for one of Rebuilt's services. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional communication skills and drive revenue growth. The role works closely with cross functional teams including disposition agents, title and lending to create a seamless customer experience from start to finish. What you will do:

  • Learn all of Rebuilt’s services and what we offer to potential customers
  • Pitch Rebuilt service offerings to potential customers
  • Build, Manage and follow up with a pipeline of prospective customers
  • Conduct virtual and phone sales presentations to close new customers
  • Maintain new/existing relationships with customers 
  • Work with cross-functional teams to create a seamless customer experience 

We would love to talk with you if you have:

  • Minimum 2 years of top performance in a B2C or B2B inside sales role
  • Ability to thrive in a remote environment
  • Strong communication skills - both written and oral - and a sincere passion for helping others
  • High emotional intelligence who can easily understand and built rapport with customers
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and change in a fast paced environment 
  • Open to coaching and feedback with a desire to grow and develop 
  • Highly results driven 
  • Real estate license is a plus 
  • General understanding of the home buying and selling process
  • Wholesale real estate experience is a plus
