Meera Iyer

Meera Iyer is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in leading marketing strategies across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Marketing at Recharge since May 2025, Iyer also plays a pivotal role as a Founding Member of CREW from January 2023. Previously, Iyer held the position of SVP Marketing for North America at U.S. Bank from September 2023 to September 2024, overseeing marketing efforts for the Payments business. With a strong background in growth marketing, Iyer has helped fintech startups thrive as a Fractional Chief Marketing Officer at Portkey Growth Marketing Consulting from June 2017 to March 2020. Earlier roles include Head of Product Marketing for Mobile Pay at Shell and Vice President of Field Marketing and Partnerships at American Express, where Iyer significantly enhanced sales strategies and marketing effectiveness across multiple markets.
