Junichi Arai

Junichi Arai is a Corporate Executive Officer, Investor Relations & Special Advisor to CEO at Recruit Holdings. Junichi was previously with Mitsubishi UFJ Securities as Managing Director and Head of Strategic Advisory Group from April 2007 to April 2010. Thereafter, they became a Partner at Nakamura Arai Partners from February 2011 to October 2016. Prior to that, they were Managing Director and Head of Tokyo M&A Advisory Group at Morgan Stanley Japan from April 1999 to January 2007. Arai began their career in September 1994 as Senior Vice President and Vice President at Tokyo M&A Group with Lehman Brothers Japan and then moved to Lehman Brothers New York as an Associate at Technology Group of Investment Banking Division from September 1992 to August 1994.
