Shalisha Mitchell has over 15 years of experience in customer service and technical support roles across various industries. Currently serving as Concierge Coordinator for Enterprise/Strategic Accounts at Rectangle Health since November 2018, Shalisha previously held positions at Altice USA, including Technical Support Representative and Senior Regional Control Center Representative, from November 2013 to October 2018.
