Stefanie Kneer

Stefanie Kneer has a diverse and extensive work experience. Stefanie is currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Recycling Lives Ltd since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of ESG & Sustainability at Atypical Partner starting from 2021.

Before joining Atypical Partner, Stefanie held various roles at Bridges Fund Management Ltd. Stefanie started as an Impact Associate in June 2016 and then moved on to become an Impact Manager in December 2017. From May 2019 to May 2021, they served as the Head of Impact Management at Bridges Fund Management, leading a team responsible for implementing impact investment strategies and engaging with portfolio companies to enhance environmental and social value.

Earlier in their career, Stefanie worked as a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, where they gained extensive project experience in strategy consulting, specifically in private equity, financial services, and retail. Stefanie was also actively involved in implementing sustainable practices and supporting social entrepreneurs through the Green team and the Bain Social Business Incubator.

Prior to joining Bain & Company, Stefanie worked as a Capstone researcher at DFID from September 2011 to August 2012.

Stefanie Kneer's education history begins in 2007 when they enrolled at Università Bocconi. Stefanie pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in International Economics and Management, which they completed in 2010. In 2009, Stefanie participated in an exchange program at McGill University, focusing on economics.

Following their undergraduate studies, from 2010 to 2012, Stefanie attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). During their time there, they pursued a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree, with a specialization in Public and Economic Policy.
