Nellis Dorlisme

Nellis Dorlisme serves as the Assistant Director of Young Adult Programs at the Red Hook Initiative since December 2019, focusing on program development, staff supervision, and partnership management to enhance educational and workforce development for young adults. Prior experience includes roles such as Workforce Development Manager and Employment and Education Associate at Red Hook Initiative, and Founder of GameGlory LLC, where a gamification curriculum for youth was developed. Dorlisme's background also includes administrative coordination at FTF Aftercare and positions in community organizing and product management with organizations such as Youth Represent and JustLeadershipUSA, respectively. Creative Intelligence Intern experience at Devries Global and digital marketing training at Year Up further complements Dorlisme's skill set in program management and youth engagement.
