Rick Grashel

Rick Grashel is the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Red Oak Compliance Solutions, a position held since 2010. With extensive experience in technology and engineering, they previously served as Senior Product Developer at BMC Software and held senior roles at IBM and Dell, among others. Rick's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry Institute of Technology. They are also pursuing a high school diploma in Computer Programming from Reynoldsburg High School eSTEM.
