Brad Slutsky

General Counsel at Red Ventures

Brad Slutsky joined Red Ventures in 2019 as the Company’s General Counsel. Brad assists the company with M&am;A, customer and supplier agreements, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance, and manages our legal department and legal affairs across the U.S., Europe, and Latin America.

Prior to joining Red Ventures, Brad was the General Counsel of FleetCor Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: FLT) – an S&P 500 global provider of payment products and services. Before FleetCor, Brad was the Chief Counsel for three divisions of Qualcomm (NASDAQ: QCOM) as well as the General Counsel of Qualcomm’s mobile payments business. Before Qualcomm, Brad was a partner at King & Spalding – an Am Law and Global top 30 law firm – where he practiced for 18 years. Prior to entering the private practice of law, Brad was a law clerk for Judge Orinda D. Evans in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Brad received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Brown University with a B.A. in Business Economics.

When he is not practicing law, Brad enjoys running and computer programming, and aspires to run the Boston Marathon as well as to contribute to Red Ventures’ machine learning algorithms.
