Will Cady is the Global Director of Reddit's KarmaLab. Will was previously with Project Healthy Minds, Soho House & Co, and Reddit, Inc. Will also has experience as a contributing writer, senior manager, marketing & strategy, food server, and product line manager.

Will Cady studied professional music at Berklee College of Music and has a focus in music business. Will also attended Cambridge School of Weston where they completed a college preparatory program with an arts focus.

Their manager is Roxy Young, Chief Marketing Officer. They are on a team with Vinayak Sathyamoorthy - Senior Group Product Manager, Vaibhav Sahgal - VP, Consumer Product, and Jannik Hülshoff - Director of Marketing, Germany.
