Amol Deshpande

Amol Deshpande is the Managing Director of Corporate Development & Strategy at Redesign Health. Amol has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry, working in both public and private investments.

Deshpande started their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley, where they advised on technology M&A and IPO/financing deals. Amol then moved to JLL Partners, a private equity firm, as an Associate. In 2012, they joined Soros Fund Management as a Public and Private Investments analyst. Amol spent three years there before moving to Luminus Management in 2017, where they worked on investments across the capital structure.

Deshpande has a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and has been instrumental in helping Redesign Health grow through strategic partnerships and M&A. Amol holds a BA in Economics from Wesleyan University.

Amol Deshpande attended Northwestern University, where they earned a BA in mathematics, economics, and finance.
