Leigh Garrison is the current Vice President of Marketing at Redesign Health. Prior to joining Redesign Health, Leigh served as the Vice President of Global Consumer Experience, Data and Insights at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from February 2016 to January 2022. In this role, Leigh was responsible for managing the Avon.com online business in the United States. Leigh was also responsible for implementing new customer service capabilities to improve customer experience. Leigh's work in this role led to their exceeding beauty industry averages for online growth in direct to consumer sales.
