Sanjay Aiyagari

Sanjay Aiyagari is a highly experienced technology professional with a strong background in telecommunications and network architecture. Currently serving as Chief Architect in the Telco CTO Office at Red Hat since November 2015, Aiyagari focuses on integrating AI, Edge, and Security technologies with 5G/6G networks. Previous roles include Principal Solution Architect and Senior Solutions Architect at Red Hat, where Aiyagari promoted open-source AI and data streaming innovations to major telecom operators. Aiyagari also held the position of Vice President of Product Management at Siaras, leading the development of cloudScape, an open software platform for network service providers. A prior tenure at VMware involved advising on mobile infrastructure virtualization, while extensive experience at Cisco Systems included architecting key technologies in messaging protocols and application-oriented networking. Aiyagari holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.
