Amy Stevens

Amy Stevens is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in construction management and project oversight. Currently serving as Regional Superintendent at Redwood Living since September 2024, Amy has previously held project management roles at Boyd Jones Construction and AOI Corporation, and managed construction projects at HARDSCAPE CONTRACTORS LLC. Additionally, Amy was the owner of a women's consignment and resale store, The Closet, from 2014 to 2018. Earlier career highlights include positions as Project Manager/Program Manager at Community Action Partnership of Lancaster and Saunders Counties, and Superintendent roles at KB Home and Kimball Hill Homes. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and an Associate of Science degree in Architectural Drafting and Design from Metropolitan Community College.
