Jeff Ransdell is an experienced electrical engineer with a strong background in power electronics and advanced R&D. Currently serving as a Staff Power Electronics Engineer at Redwood Materials since January 2024, Jeff previously held significant roles at HORIBA as an Advanced R&D Electrical Engineer and Hardware Engineering Manager, focusing on semiconductor fabrication technologies. Formerly, Jeff was the Director of Electrical Engineering at Digital Solid State Propulsion, overseeing the development of electrically controlled systems for various industries. Jeff's early career included positions at Mide Technology Corporation as a Senior Electrical Engineer & Project Manager and Teradyne as a Test Development Engineer. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.
