Kevin Goffstein is a seasoned real estate professional serving as the Senior Vice President and Real Estate Broker at ReeceNichols Real Estate since October 2025. Goffstein has extensive experience in the industry, including a long-term role as a Board Member and former Chairperson of MARIS MLS since January 2023. As President of Alliance Title Group, LLC since March 2016, Goffstein also specializes in residential building and development through a personal venture established in 1996, focusing on single-family residential new construction and renovations in Vail, Denver, and St. Louis. Previous leadership roles include President at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Alliance Real Estate and PAR Residential, LLC, and project management positions at Harvard Communities Inc. and Signature Construction, Inc. Goffstein holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from Northern Arizona University.
