Heather Quinn-Barron, MBA, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Reed College, where responsibilities include directing comprehensive human resources programs that align with the college's mission. With extensive experience in human resources, Heather previously held significant roles at FedEx Ground, including Corporate Manager of Human Resources & Compensation and Regional Manager of HR Center of Excellence, overseeing HR operations for large employee bases across the US and Canada. Additional experience includes serving as Regional Human Resources Director at FedEx SmartPost, Director of Human Resources at Sacramento Children's Home, and as a Human Resources Generalist at Waste Management, Inc. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Chemistry from the University of Oregon and a Master’s in Business Administration from Golden Gate University.
