Jeff Mello has extensive experience in the construction and energy management systems sectors. Currently serving as the Dallas Area EMS/Construction Manager at Refrigerated Warehouse Construction Company (RWC, LLC) since April 2018, Jeff previously co-owned Complete Setpoint Service LLC from March 2016 to April 2018. Prior to this, Jeff held the position of EMS/Construction Manager at Service Refrigeration, LLC for over 22 years. Jeff possesses a solid technical foundation with an Associate’s Degree in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Refrigeration Technician (HVAC) from Universal Technical Institute, earned between 1992 and 1993.
