Kayne Francis

Kayne Francis is an experienced professional in service management and mental health support, currently serving as Deputy Service Manager at Refuge since November 2022, where responsibilities include implementing service procedures and overseeing front line staff while ensuring compliance with Key Performance Indicators and safeguarding vulnerable individuals. Prior experience includes a role as Team Manager at Hestia Charity, managing a mental health floating support service, and serving as an Advocate for the Modern Slavery Response Team. Kayne has also volunteered with CIRCLES SOUTH EAST and the Metropolitan Police, gaining a diverse skill set in risk assessment, data management, and client advocacy. Academic credentials include a Master’s in Investigative Psychology and a Bachelor’s in Forensic Psychology.
