Michael Redbord

VP of Customer Success at Regal Voice

Michael Redbord has worked in a variety of roles in the customer success and operations space. Michael began their career in 2006 as a Marketing Intern at Harvard Business School. In 2007, they joined Compete, Inc. as an Associate in the Travel Vertical Client Services, and then an Analyst in the same role. In 2010, they joined HubSpot as a General Manager of Service Hub, and then went on to become Vice President of Services & Support, Vice President of Global Customer Support and Technical Services, Director of Global Customer Support & Success, Customer Success & Adoption Manager, Consulting Manager, and Inbound Marketing Consultant. In 2020, they joined SaaSWorks as Head of Operations, where they helped scale from $0 to $Xmm ARR in under a year. Most recently, in 2022, they became the VP of Customer Success at Regal.io.

Michael Redbord graduated from Tufts University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations, Philosophy, and Computer Science.
