Dhruvam Misra

Dhruvam Misra is the current SVP of Operations at Regalix. Dhruvam has held this position since October of 2019. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Strategic Accounts for the company from October of 2019 to October of 2021. Dhruvam has also worked as the General Manager for HCL BPO from April of 2017 to September of 2019, and as the Deputy General Manager for HCL BPO from June of 2015 to March of 2017. In their role as the Deputy General Manager, they were responsible for overseeing the operations of a UK telecom client with a total headcount of 700 resources. Dhruvam was also responsible for budget planning, revenue projections, and cost controls to ensure consistent delivery of highgross margins. In addition, they were responsible for talent retention, showcasing growth, and driving career planning within the organization. Dhruvam was also a member of the site management committee that drove facilities and infrastructure improvements.

Dhruvam Misra has a B.Com from Delhi University, a diploma in hotel management from the Institute of Hotel Management in Lko, and has completed the CBSE 12th board from Gyan Bharati Public School in New Delhi. Dhruvam has also completed the ICSE 10th board from St. Joseph's College in Allahabad.

Their manager is Vikas Sharan, CEO & Board Member. They are on a team with Tabish Khan - SVP, Marketing & Solutions, Prabal Plaha - SVP, Strategic Finance, and Dheeraj Prasad - SVP, Business Development.
