Miroslaw Kalinski

As Head of Operations for Regalix Poland, Miroslaw Kalinski leads Regalix’s organisation in Europe and contributing to Regalix’s global execution abilities from Europe, Poland being the first delivery center in this geography.

Miroslaw is an experienced manager in high tech industry, with over 25 years of experience in creation, development and management of successful teams, which contributed to the customer successes in the areas of IT and high tech services. He has broad experience in various engagements, starting from high tech start-ups, through building and reorganisation of delivery teams, and coordination and management of independent analyst’s at Poland’s leading think tank High Tech Unit.

He has experience in managing service delivery across borders on the European and international markets, both in off-shore and near-shore model. He is lecturing and consulting on IT security governance and EU security compliance regulations.
