Cynthia Emiry Roy, MS, LCSW, CHA joined Regional Hospice as President & CEO in 2007 after over a decade as a CEO in hospice care. She has grown the organization from a small business to an industry leader.

A visionary in her field, Cynthia assisted with reinventing the state of Connecticut regulations for hospice inpatient care in 2010 and built the first of its kind $15-million, 36,000-square-foot private suite residential hospice in Connecticut. Set to transform the hospice landscape again, she is spearheading the North Star, the only dedicated residential hospice for children and babies in the Northeast, and one of only five in the nation. She is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) Global One Chapter.
