David Blair

David Blair currently serves as the Director for Customer and Business Development at Registers of Scotland since October 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Program Director for the National Cladding Remediation Programme at The Scottish Government from January 2022 to October 2023 and as Director for Policy and Governance at Scottish Canals from January 2020 to January 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing organisational change and digital transformation. Blair's tenure at The Scottish Government from July 2009 to January 2020 involved roles such as Head of Public Value and Head of Strategy and Innovation, focusing on enhancing public value and system-wide improvements within the Agriculture and Rural Economy sector.
