Simon Ryschka

Simon Ryschka is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation management and technology planning. Currently serving as Managing Director of New Ventures America and Head of the Innovation Hub America at REHAU since January 2019, Simon established an innovation ecosystem and launched a disruptive technology product in the U.S. Previously, as Head of the Innovation Lab UNLIMITED X, Simon successfully developed a project portfolio, implemented the REHAU Smart Home Strategy, and managed a team of innovation professionals. Prior to REHAU, Simon worked at the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Technology IPT, advising clients on technology and managing engineering projects. Simon holds a Doctoral degree in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University, complemented by a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration from the same institution.
