Friðjón Sigurðarson

Friðjón Sigurðarson is the current Director of Development at Reitir. Friðjón has over fifteen years of experience in the Icelandic property market, with a focus on investments and development. Prior to joining Reitir, Friðjón was a Partner / Owner at Sedrus, a property management company specializing in property development in Iceland. Friðjón also served as Director at Audur Capital, responsible for asset management and various other property advisory services. Friðjón has also been a Partner at Strada Partners ehf., a M&A boutique advisory firm focusing on property advisory services, which was later acquired by Auður Capital.

Friðjón Sigurðarson has a B.Sc. in Civil engineering from Háskóli Íslands and a M.Sc. in Construction Management from DTU - Technical University of Denmark.

Friðjón Sigurðarson works with Rut Baldursdóttir - Head of Accounting, Kristófer Þór Pálsson - Director Acquisition and Leasing, and Andri Þór Arinbjörnsson - Director Property Management. Friðjón Sigurðarson reports to Guðjón Auðunsson, CEO.
