Benjamin Plaisant

Benjamin Plaisant is an experienced professional in the fields of human resources and project management. Currently serving as Head of HR at Reju since September 2023, Benjamin previously held prominent roles at Technip Energies as Head of Talent Acquisition, D&I, Learning & Development from June 2021 to July 2024, and at TechnipFMC as Director of Onshore/Offshore Operation & Financial Control from November 2017 to May 2021. Early project management experience includes significant contributions to major projects such as the YAMAL LNG Project and various cost control roles across high-value projects for Technip and its associated companies. Benjamin's educational background includes a Master's degree in Project Management from Ecole Centrale Paris, completed in 2004.
