Marcee W. has extensive experience in property management, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Regional Vice President at Related Companies since July 2018, Marcee oversees operations for a multi-family affordable portfolio, managing budgeting, personnel, maintenance strategy, property accounting, leasing plans, and marketing strategies across 14 assets in four states. Previously, Marcee held the role of Regional Property Manager at Aimco Apartment Homes from March 1998 to July 2018, and before that, held positions of Community Manager and Assistant Community Manager at National Housing Partnership from February 1989 to March 1998, as well as Multi-Site Leasing Consultant at Oxford Realty Services Company from March 1987 to February 1989.
