Nick Wilder

Nick Wilder serves as Vice President at Related Companies since March 2020, having previously held roles as Assistant Vice President, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager for the NorCal Affordable division. Prior experience includes Project Manager II, Project Manager, and Assistant Project Manager at Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation, focusing on affordable housing projects in San Francisco. Earlier in career, Wilder worked as a Graduate Intern in Community Development Finance at Union Bank, underwriting Low-Income Housing Tax Credit projects. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from UCLA and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government, as well as Environmental Studies from Davidson College. Wilder's background includes international exposure as a Communications Fellow with Princeton in Asia and various internships in environmental governance and urban planning.
