Previously, they held various leadership roles, including Director of Operations at The Horton Group, where they significantly increased revenue and managed a large client services team. Kyle has a strong background in underwriting and operations, having excelled at companies like Amica Mutual Insurance and PURE Group of Insurance Companies. They received a B.S. in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and have actively contributed to the alumni community as President of the OSU Alumni Club of Chicago.
